Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the clothing is free of pet hair and signs of wear.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
